猪气喘病弱毒菌株免疫研究

摘  要：
1974年,用甘肃省兰州市安宁区强毒菌株人工感染传二花脸168号猪发病。从该病猪肺中分离到猪肺炎霉形体168菌株。与国际参考菌株J株高免兔血清作微粒凝集试验、生长抑制试验和代谢抑制试验都证实为猪肺炎霉形体。经14年连续继代300多代次,作数十次回归健康猪测试毒力,约在300代后对健猪的毒力已明显下降。试作免疫注射测其安全性和免疫力结果,304代对杂交2代猪已趋安全;340代对杂交1代猪也趋安全。经强毒攻击免疫猪平均保护率(攻毒后透视无阴影,无症状)为84.04％,60天康复率为95.35％。但对纯繁二花脸猪尚不安全。曾以健康杂交猪与340代免疫猪混圈饲养60天,经X线透视未见肺脏病变,间接血球凝集反应检查血清为阴性。屠宰后采集肺脏接种培养无猪肺炎霉形体出现。免疫接种弱毒菌苗猪,对生长、增重与健猪比较,无明显差异。免疫期已测到6个月。现已在野外病猪场少量试用。

摘  要：
Strain 168 of swine mycoplasmal pneumonia (SMP) was isolated from affected pigs in Annian county of Gansu province in 1974. The strain has been identified as the causal agent of SMP by microagglutination test, growth inhibition test, and metabolism inhibition test with strain J antiserum. For 14 years, more than 300 subcultures were carried out. Various breeds of pigs were inoculated in suchi aspunctural point to test safty and imunity. The result showed that the pathogenicity of the strain after long subculti-vation was obviously reduced. It was found that the 301th subculture was safe for hybrid Yorkshire × er-hua-lian × Berkshire. The 340 th subculture wasalso safe for hybrid Yorkshire × er-hua-lian. The protective rate of the vaccinated pigs for hybrid Yorkshire × er-hua-lian × Berkshire was 87.9% evaluated by X-ray examination 30 days after challenge. The recovered rate was 100% 60 days after challenge. The protective rate was 72.22%, 31 days after challenge for hybrid Yorkshire × er-hua-lian. The recovered rate was 93.3% 66 days after challenge. But the vaccine is not safety enough for native breed er-hua-lian (moderate drawnface). The pigs from a farm free of SMP showed no visible shadows of lesions in the lungs by X-ray examination. The normal pigs in the same pam with pigs immunized with 340 th subculture 60 days postinoculation. no lesions were examined with X-ray, and also no M. hyopneumaniae was isolated in autopsies,and the serum was negative examined by indirect hemagglutination test. There were no differece in the growth rates between the vaccinated pigs and unvacinated ones. The immunity of the vaccinated pigs could be maintained at least for 6 months. The vaccine has being now assaied in a few farms.
