In order to explore the release pathway of allelochemicals of Cyclobalanopsis glaucoides, allelopathy of overground part volatile matters of Cyclobalanopsis glaucoides in central Yunnan province on seed germination and seedling of Triticum aestivum was studied. The results showed that the quality of stem and leaf of Cyclobalanopsis glaucoides and its time laid in the air could inhibit the germination rate,Chla,Chlb and Chl content in seedling leaves and some indicators of seedling growth(root length, seedling height, root number, seedling fresh weight and dry weight).Accompanying with the extension of placing time of Cyclobalanopsis glaucoides stems and leaves in the air,the volatiles on Triticum aestivum seed germination and chlorophyll content of its seedling leaf and seedling growth weakened the inhibitory effect, and with the increase of the Cyclobalanopsis glaucoides stem leaf quality, the inhibitory effect of its volatiles on Triticum aestivum seed germination and seedling leaf chlorophyll content and seedling growth was not regularly change.
