蚕茧质量无损检测方法的研究

摘  要:
提出了一种根据振动信号无损检测蚕茧质量的方法,介绍了对振动信号进行小波分解重构蚕蛹的随机振动信号,提取了与蚕蛹重量有关的特征值,利用模糊聚类的方法优选了特征值,然后建立了蚕茧质量无损检测的BP神经网络数学模型。试验证明该检测方法有效可行。

摘  要:
A kind of non-destructive test method for silk cocoon based on vibration signal was proposed. The wavelet theory was used to reconstruct silkworm pupa vibration signals at random. Characteristic values about silkworm pupa vibration signals from silkworm pupa vibration, which were related to silkworm pupa weight and were extracted respectively. And characteristic values were selected firstly by fuzzy classification. Then BP model of neural network was built. The test results indicated that this method was effective and feasible.
