后插式分插机构的研究进展与机构创新

摘  要:
介绍了后插式分插机构——后插曲柄摇杆式分插机构的研究现状,研制了两种新型的后插式分插机构——椭圆齿-圆柱齿后插旋转式分插机构和偏置椭圆齿后插旋转式分插机构,编写了理论模拟程序,并对分插机构性能进行了分析比较,结果表明新设计的分插机构比后插曲柄摇杆式分插机构性能优良。

摘  要:
The research advance on the rearward transplanting mechanism,namely the transplanting mechanism with crank-rocker was introduced.Two new types of rearward transplanting mechanism,oval toothed-cylindrical toothed rearward rotary transplanting mechanism and offset oval toothed rearward rotary transplanting mechanism,were designed.Theory simulating programs were compiled and applied for comparing the transplanting mechanism.The results showed that the new transplanting mechanisms were better than the transplanting mechanism with crank-rocker.
