绍鸭产蛋期适宜日粮粗蛋白水平的研究

摘  要:
采用饲养试验、代谢试验及蛋品质测定等方法研究在等能条件下 (11.2 9MJ·kg-1) ,5种不同日粮粗蛋白水平 (15 %、17%、19%、2 1%、2 3% )对绍鸭开产后 5 2周内产蛋性能、饲料蛋白质吸收利用和蛋品质等方面的影响。结果表明 :不同日粮粗蛋白水平对绍鸭产蛋率影响不大 ,两者之间相关不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。随日粮粗蛋白水平提高 ,试鸭平均蛋重增大 ,产蛋饲料报酬也相应较高 ,但盈利则相应减少。试鸭氮存留率随日粮粗蛋白水平提高而降低 ,但 15 %、17%、19%CP组之间无显著差异 ,而与 2 1%、2 3%CP组之间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。除蛋重外 ,日粮粗蛋白水平对试鸭其它蛋品质指标无显著影响 (P <0 .0 5 )。研究表明 :绍鸭产蛋期适宜的日粮粗蛋白水平约为 17%~ 19% ,其相应的蛋能比为 15~ 17g·MJ-1

摘  要:
A grouped feeding trial, metabolism trials and egg quality mensurations for laying Shao ducks were conducted to determine the effects of five isoenergytic diets (11.29 MJ·kg -1 ) with different crude protein levels (15 %、 17 %、19 %、 21 %、 23 %) on the egg laying performance, feed protein utilization and egg quality. The results indicated that different dietary crude protein level had no significant effect on egg production rate of Shao ducks. There was no significant correlation between them. With the increase of dietary crude protein level, average egg weight was gradually increased and feed efficiency improved, but profit potential per duck decreased. Nitrogen retention ratio decreased with increasing dietary crude protein level, while there were no significant difference among ducks fed with diets containing 15 %, 17 % and 19 % crude protein. The results still showed that different dietary crude protein level had no significant effect on egg quality except egg weight (p>0.05). It was suggested that the optimum dietary crude protein level for laying Shao ducks was about 17 %~19 %, with CP:ME ratio:15~17 g·MJ -1 .
