根域限制栽培模式下美人指葡萄生育期不同灌溉量研究

摘  要:
对根域限制栽培模式下的美人指葡萄在生长期进行了不同灌溉处理的试验,检测了美人指葡萄的叶片气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、净光合速率、叶绿素含量及果实品质、产量等各方面的变化情况。结果表明,随着灌溉量的降低,美人指葡萄叶片的气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、净光合速率、叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势,且改变这些参数的峰值出现的时期,果实品质呈上升趋势,使果实提前进入第二次膨大期,产量与总可溶性固形物降低。总之,灌水量的减少会降低葡萄总营养生长量与生殖生长量,且灌水量越少影响越大。

摘  要:
In this paper,the experimental study on Meirenzhi grape under rooting zone restricted cultivation mode with different irrigation amount is conducted. The variation of some indexes,including stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate,net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll concentration,fruit quality and yield,is measured. The results show that: with the decrease of irrigation amount,all the indexes,including stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate,net photosynthetic rate,and chlorophyll concentration of the grape leaf,decrease. Moreover,Changing the appearing time of the peak value of these indexes can improve the fruit quality,the second fruit enlargement period appears early and the yield and soluble solids decrease. Anyway,the decrease of irrigation amount will decrease both the total nutrition growth quantity and reproductive growth quantity of grape. The more serious the decrease degree of irrigation amount,the more significant the influence.
