哌虫啶在稻田水–土壤及稻株中的残留分析方法

摘  要:
研究并建立了哌虫啶在稻田水、土壤、稻株中的残留分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,C18固相萃取小柱净化后液相色谱检测。样品前处理过程简单,方法准确可靠,灵敏度和准确度达到了农药残留检测的要求。哌虫啶标准曲线的线性范围为0.1~10mg/L,线性相关系数为0.9993,哌虫啶在上述样品中的平均添加回收率(添加浓度为0.02~2.00mg/kg)在85.98%~101.28%之间,变异系数最大为9.04%。

摘  要:
The liquid chromatographic method was described for the determination of IPP in paddyfield water, soil and rice straw. The residues of IPP were extracted with acetonitrile, followed by purification with SPE-C18, utilizing HPLC to quantify the extract. The results showed that the recoveries of the method were 85.98% to 101.28% with RSD being 3.65% to 9.04%, the linear range of working curve 0.1 to 10 mg/L, and linear correlation 0.999 3.
