抗肠炎功能蛋白对工业化养殖点带石斑鱼生长、水环境和消化酶的效应

摘 要:
试验研究在现代封闭循环海水工厂化养殖条件下,探寻抗肠炎功能蛋白添加剂新产品对石斑鱼生长、消化以及水质等的效应。在基础饲粮中分别添加0‰、1‰、2‰、3‰(0-3#组)的抗肠炎蛋白粉,分别饲喂初始体重为(64.80±0.56)g的4组点带石斑鱼640尾,每处理组4重复,正式试验期105 d。试验结果表明:①试验发现,饲粮添加2‰以上抗肠炎蛋白粉后,显著降低试验鱼应激反应副作用,即显著减缓采食量下降幅度,这是抗肠炎蛋白粉提高生长性能的原因所在,对鱼类养殖生产意义重大。②基础饲料中添加1‰-3‰的抗肠炎蛋白粉,明显提高点带石斑鱼的生长性能,增重率比对照组提高7.8%-13.9%,饲料系数比对照组降低9.4%-12.0%(P<0.05)。随抗肠炎蛋白粉添加量增加,水中氨氮含量出现递增特征。③抗肠炎蛋白粉对蛋白质和淀粉消化酶活力产生了显著影响,而对脂肪酶活力作用不明显。肝胰脏蛋白酶活力显著或极显著提高14.4%-56.4%。添加1‰和2‰抗肠炎蛋白粉,胃肠淀粉酶活力分别提高了24.1%、10.9%,肝胰脏淀粉酶活力分别提高7.6%、10.9%(P<0.05)。研究证明,工业化养殖点带石斑鱼幼鱼膨化颗粒饲料中,抗肠炎蛋白粉的适宜添加量为2‰-3‰。

摘 要:
This experiment aimed at investigating the effect of a new feed additive,anti-enteritis protein determined on growth performance,digestive enzyme activity and water quality of Epi nephelus coioides in the industrial semi-recirculating culture condition.640 trial fish [with aver age initial weight of(64.80±0.56) g] were randomly allocated into 16 quadruplicated treatments,with basal feed adding four anti-enteritis protein levels of 0‰,1‰,2‰,3‰(0-3# groups).Af ter 105 days of cultivation,the results indicate that: ① 2#-3# significantly slowed down the de scending range of feed intake caused by stress response.That is the essence of why anti-enteritis protein can improve growth performance and it is very important for fish farming.② Weight gain ratio and feed coefficient in 1#- 3# were 7.8%-13.9% and 9.4%-12.0% high er than 0#(P<0.05).The ammonia nitrogen in aquatic water increases with the amount of additives.③Anti-enteritis protein has obvi ous significance on protease and amylase ac tivity but the lipase activity.Liver-pancreas protease in 1#-3# dramatically improved 14.4%-56.4%.In 1#-2#,the stomach and intestine amylase rose 24.1%,10.9%,and the liverpancreas amylase rose 7.6%,10.9%(P<0.05).In conclusion,the suitable addition amount is 2‰-3‰.
