9RC-400型饲草揉搓机的设计研究

摘  要:
根据当地中小型秸秆饲料精细加工设备缺少的实际,在论述研制饲草揉搓机必要性的基础上,利用机械工程理论和现代机械工程设计方法,详细介绍了该机器的结构形式、工作原理及主要技术参数的设计与计算。试用结果表明,该机器结构设计合理,造价低廉,能达到作物秸秆粉碎工作要求。

摘  要:
According to the fact that the forage rubber in the medium-small-sized is lack for the fine feed process in the locality, the paper presents the structure pattern, the working principle,the design and calculation of main technical parameter of the forage grass rubber in detail by making use of Mechanical engineering principle and design on the basis of discussing the necessity of the design of research the forage rubber.The initial applying result shows it can satisfy the forage grinding need with the optimum structure and economic benefit.
