ICP-MS同时测定土壤污染详查农产品中8种重金属

摘 要:
针对全国土壤污染详查样品中的农产品,采用微波消解仪消解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr、N i、As、Hg等8种重金属元素,校准曲线相关系数都达到了0.9998以上,本方法的准确度和精密度都满足技术规定要求.

摘 要:
For the agricultural products in the detailed samples of soil pollution throughout the country, the sample was digested by microwave solvator, and the 8 heavy metal elements of Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Cr, Ni, As, and Hg were determined simultaneously by ICP-MS. The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve is above 0.9998, and the accuracy and precision of the method meet the requirements of the technical regulations.
