空气能热泵密集烤房烘烤成本及效益分析

摘  要：
为探索空气能热泵密集烤房烘烤效能,以传统燃煤密集烤房为对照,分析不同类型密集烤房用工成本、耗能情况及烘烤质量差异。结果表明:空气能热泵密集烤房的下、中、上3个部位烘烤用工较传统燃煤烤房分别降低0.705元/kg,0.55元/kg和0.63元/kg;空气能烤房耗能综合成本相对传统燃煤烤房,下部烟叶降低0.4元/kg,中部烟叶降低0.31元/kg,上部烟叶降低0.56元/kg;下、中、上3个部位的均价、上等烟比例均表现为传统燃煤烤房高于空气能烤房,中等烟比例表现为下部、上部空气能烤房大于传统燃煤烤房,空气能烤房产生桔黄烟比例高,杂色烟叶比例少。

摘  要：
In order to explore the efficiency of air energy heat pump bulk curing barn,the traditional coal fired intensive curing barn was taken as the control,and the labor cost,energy consumption,yield and quality differences of different types of bulk curing barn were analyzed. The results show that the air heat pump bulkcuringbarn,in three parts,compared with the traditional coal barn baking employment decreased by 0. 705 yuan/kg,0. 55 yuan/kg and 0. 63 yuan/kg; the air curing energy cost compared with the traditional coal barn,the lower leaves reduced by 0. 4 yuan/kg,the central tobacco reduced 0. 31 yuan/kg. Upper leaves reduced 0. 56 yuan/kg;in the three part,the average price,the proportion of superior tobacco showed higher than traditional coal-fired barn air to the barn,the proportion of secondary smoke is lower and upper air to the barn is larger than the conventional coal barn,air can bake property proportion of orange tobacco,variegated tobacco small proportion.
