干旱和盐分交互胁迫对紫荆、皂角幼苗保护酶活性的影响

摘  要:
本研究以皂角(Gleditsia Sinensis Lam)、小紫荆(Cercis chinensis Bunge.)的一年生实生苗为材料,研究水分和盐分交互胁迫下保护酶系统的变化。研究表明:随着胁迫强度的增加,SOD活性、CAT活性和POD活性呈现先下降冉上升的趋势,活性都高于正常水平下的酶的活性。丙二醛含量增加和相对电导率升高,均高于正常水平下丙二醛含量和相对电导率值。

摘  要:
One-year-old seedings of Cercis chinensis Bunge and Gleditsia sinensis Lam.have been used as materials to study the activity of cell defense enzymes system.The result shows that: as the stresses become high,the activities of SOD,CAT,POD were decreased at first and increased later. However their activities were all higher than that of control group.The ecotent of MDA and RC were also increased.
