高校教学管理中提升教学秘书工作效率的策略

摘  要：
高校教学秘书是高校教学管理的重要力量,在保障教学质量方面发挥着重要作用.然而,当今部分高校教学秘书工作效率低、质量差,无法顺应现代化教学管理发展要求.基于此,本文首先就高校教学秘书工作内容,指出分析影响其工作效率的原因,进而提出提升教学秘书工作效率的方法.

摘  要：
college teaching secretary is an important force in college teaching management and plays an important role in guaranteeing teaching quality. However,the efficiency and quality of some teaching secretaries in colleges and universities are low. Based on this,this paper firstly puts forward the content of teaching secretary work in colleges and universities,analyzes the reasons affecting the work efficiency,and then puts forward the methods to improve the work efficiency of teaching secretary.
