松蠹狄金小蜂的光谱行为研究

摘  要:
松蠹狄金小蜂是我国南方主要造林树种华山松的重大蛀干害虫——华山松木蠹象的优势寄生蜂。为了避免灯光诱杀华山松木蠹象时错杀松蠹狄金小蜂,利用昆虫视觉行为学研究方法,研究松蠹狄金小蜂的光谱行为。结果表明,在波长340~689 nm光谱内的9个单色光中,松蠹狄金小蜂对除中心波长649 nm红色光外的其余8个单色光都具有趋向性,其中最敏感光谱依次为340 nm紫外光、415 nm紫色光、549 nm黄绿光,松蠹狄金小蜂在相应测试装置中1 min平均位移分别为23.55 cm、20.09 cm、19.28 cm,趋向率分别是88.0%、80.0%、76.0%。由此可见,松蠹狄金小蜂是一种趋光性昆虫,但其敏感光谱与华山松木蠹象的敏感光谱重叠较多,因此,与防治相比,利用单色光开展华山松木蠹象及松蠹狄金小蜂的种群监测具有更大的应用空间。

摘  要:
Dinotiscus armandi is a major parasitic wasp of Pissodes punctatus,which is a destructive stemboring pest attacking Pinus armandi,an important afforesting pine in Southern China. In order to avoid D.armandi being killed when light traps P. punctatus,this study dealt with the visual behavior response of D. armandi to nine monochromatic lights( ranging from 340 nm to 689 nm with about 40-nm step). The results demonstrated that D. armandi could be attracted by eight of nine monochromatic lights,the exception being red light( 649 nm),which implied broad sensitivity to the spectrum of light. D. armandi was most sensitive to ultraviolet( 340 nm),violet( 415 nm),and green-yellow( 549 nm) light. The averaged tendency displacements of the wasp in one minute were 23. 55 cm,20. 09 cm and 19. 28 cm during its tendency to 340 nm,415 nm and 549 nm light. And the averaged tendency rates of the wasp were88. 0%,80. 0%,76. 0% separately to three lights in the same order. Thus,D. armandi is found to be a phototactic insect,and its sensitive spectrum overlaps the sensitive spectrum of P. punctatus much more,as a result,using monochromatic light to monitor the population of P. punctatus and D. armandi has wider application field than to control P. punctatus.
