不同浓度沼液浸种对花魔芋实生种子萌发的影响

摘  要:
为了探索沼液对花魔芋种子萌发的影响效果,试验设置了不同浓度沼液对花魔芋种子浸种24小时和48小时,分析其种子萌发效果。结果表明:适宜浓度的沼液有促进魔芋种子萌发的效果,浸种时间对种子萌发影响不大,25%沼液浸种24小时效果最好。沼液浸种促进种子萌发的主要表现在催芽的前期,适宜的沼液处理有促进种子新芽生长势的作用。

摘  要:
The effects of seed soaking with biogas slurry on konjac seed germination were investigated in this paper. Different concentrations of biogas slurry were used to soak the konjac seed for 24 hours and 48 hours respectively. Results showed that the proper concentration of biogas slurry could promote the konjac seed germination. Soaking time had little effect on seed germination. Soaking with 25% of biogas slurry for 24 hours had the best effect. The promotion effect mainly occurred in early germination,for the proper biogas slurry concentration could promote growth vigor for bud.
