330kv高压联网工程建设对三江源自然保护区影响评价

摘  要:
330kv高压联网工程项目建设穿越了三江源国家级自然保护区的星星海、扎陵湖—鄂陵湖、通天河沿3个保护分区,采用综合评价方法就项目建设对自然保护区产生的影响进行客观评价。评价结果认为,工程占地对保护区生态系统影响程度较轻,电磁环境和声环境对保护区生物资源影响甚微,对重点保护物种的影响不大,对3个保护分区的整体性结构和功能影响较小,对周边社会经济环境未构成影响。对项目建设可能导致的生态影响提出了应对措施。

摘  要:
The 330 kv Network engineering construction passes by three areas of Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve of Qinghai Province,we evaluate the effects of the construction on Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve. The results showed that the effect of occupied land of the project on ecosystem was slight,so did the effects of electromagnetic and sound environment on biological resources,key protected species,structure and function of the nature reserve,and surrounding social- economical environment.This paper put forward some countermeasures on ecological influence.
