PBO处理对梨萼片脱落调控效果的影响

摘  要：
以黄金梨和玉露香梨为试验材料,通过4个时期(铃铛花期、初花期、盛花期和末花期)、3种稀释倍数(250,300,350倍)和2种处理方式(喷洒和浸蘸)的不同组合处理,进行了PBO不同处理对梨脱萼效果的影响研究。结果表明,在铃铛花期和初花期,以喷洒方式,喷施PBO 250～350倍液可起到良好的脱萼效果;其中,以铃铛花期喷洒250倍液的PBO,促进黄金梨和玉露香梨萼片脱落效果最好,脱萼率分别达到71.10%和95.95%。

摘  要：
Using golden pears and yuluxiang pears as the study materials,this paper studied the effect of different PBO treatments on pear calyx leaving through 4 periods of balloon stage,initial bloom stage,full flowering stage and the end flowering stage,3 different dilution ratios of 250,300 and 350 times liquid and 2 methods of spraying and dipping.The results showed that good effects could be got when the pears were sprayed with PBO solution at the ratio of 250～350 times at balloon stage and initial bloom stage.Especially when golden pears and yuluxiang pears were sprayed with 250 times PBO solution at balloon stage,the best effect was received.The calyx rates reached 71.10% and 95.95% respectively.
