灵昆鸡产蛋性状与遗传参数分析

摘  要:
为了提高灵昆鸡产蛋性状选育效果,本研究以灵昆鸡32个混合家系2个世代的552只母鸡为研究材料,通过观测所有个体的300日龄产蛋量(EN_(300))、500日龄产蛋量(EN_(500))、蛋重(EW)、蛋形指数(ESI)、蛋壳厚度(EST)、蛋壳强度(ESS)、蛋白高度(AH)、蛋黄颜色(YC)、哈氏单位(Hu)、蛋黄重(YW)共10个性状的表型值,并利用半同胞估计法,估算各性状遗传力、遗传相关和表型相关3个参数。结果表明上述所有观测性状的遗传力依次分别为0.208、0.192、0.529、0.468、0.505、0.421、0.297、0.031、0.024、0.187,其中蛋重遗传力最高,为0.529,哈氏单位遗传力最低,为0.024;2个世代个体的300日龄产蛋量、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位均存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。在2个世代间,300日龄产蛋量、500日龄产蛋量、蛋形指数两两性状间的遗传相关与表型相关系数均为正相关,蛋重、蛋黄颜色、蛋黄重两两性状间的遗传相关与表型相关系数均为正相关,蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度两两性状间的遗传相关与表型相关系数也均为正相关。这些性状的遗传相关与表型相关表现出相同趋势。

摘  要:
In order to improve the breeding effect of egg production traits of Lingkun Chicken, 552 hens in thethird and fourth generation from 32 mixed pedigrees were used as the experimental materials. Quality traitsincluding 300- day- old egg production(EN_(300)), 500- day- old egg production(EN_(500)), egg weight(EW), eggshape index(ESI), eggshell thickness(EST), eggshell strength(ESS), albumen height(AH), yolk color(YC),haugh unit(Hu) and yolk weight(YW) were recorded, and then the heritability, genetic correlation andphenotypic correlation were estimated. The results showed that heritability of EN_(300), EN_(500), EW, ESI, EST, ESS,AH, YC, Hu and YW was 0.208, 0.192, 0.529, 0.468, 0.505, 0.421, 0.297, 0.031, 0.024 and 0.187, respectively.300- day- old egg production, eggshell thickness, egg yolk color, haugh unit of the two generations wereextremely and significantly different(P<0.01). In the two generations, genetic correlation and phenotypiccorrelation coefficient among EN_(300), EN_(500) and ESI, among EW, YC and YW, and among EST, ESS and AH wereall positive, meaning that genetic and phenotypic correlation had similar trend.
