摘 要：
农村普惠金融的发展对于甘肃省贫困地区减贫、脱贫所取得的成就起到了重要的促进作用。在后脱贫时期农村普惠金融减贫的目标和工作重心将发生变化,要重点关注脱贫质量不高的农户和地区,其存在着返贫的风险。对此文章认为农村普惠金融要继续发挥减贫、防贫的重要作用,继续大力支持产业发展,带动农民增收。普惠金融要通过不断创新发展模式和拓展服务路径,深层次缓解金融排斥矛盾,优化普惠金融机构格局,提高金融助农服务水平,做好农村人口预防返贫的机制保障。

摘 要：
The development of rural inclusive finance has played an important role in poverty reduction and poverty eradication in poor areas of Gansu Province. In the post-poverty period, the goal and focus of rural inclusive financial poverty reduction will change, focusing on the poor quality of rural households and regions, there is a risk of returning to poverty. In this paper, the rural financial inclusion should continue to play an important role in poverty reduction and prevention, continue to vigorously support industrial development, and promote farmers income. Inclusive finance should constantly innovate the development model and expand the service path, alleviate the financial exclusion, optimize the pattern of inclusive financial institutions, improve the level of financial services to help farmers, do a good job of the rural population to prevent the mechanism of protection against poverty.
