小麦条锈菌、叶锈菌和白粉菌混合侵染对侵染效率和潜育期的影响

摘  要：
田间以百农3217小麦品种为材料,在不同菌量和保湿时间条件下,单独和混合接种小麦条锈菌、叶锈菌和白粉菌。观察了各病菌的侵染效率和潜育期,其结果表明三种病菌同时混合侵染小麦叶片时。随着接种菌量的增加和侵染条件的趋于适宜,各病菌侵染效率的下降逐渐明显。下降的原因除病菌间重叠侵染作用外,还有更复杂的拮抗效应存在。然而不同病菌混合侵染对各病菌的潜育期没有明显的影响。

摘  要：
Infection efficiencies and latent periods of yellow rust (Puccinia striiformis),leaf rust (P.recondita),and powdery mildew (Erysiphe graminis)were observed on susceptible cultivar,Bainong 3217,in field experiments under the condition of different inoculum concentrations and dew periods.When mixed inoculum of three pathogens was applied to the leaves simutaneously,infection efficiencies of each of pathogens tended to dscrease as soon as inoculum concentrations we- re higher and dew periods became longer.Further anaiysis showed that, besides multiple infection,there might be some other faCors that caus- ed this decrease,such as complex interaction among the pathogens.But, the mixed infection of the pathogens did not result in evident change in their latent periods.
