摘  要：
对于全面掌握禽间H7N9流感感染状况来说,开展紧急流行病学调查时发现病毒的抽样方案设计相当重要。制定方案的步骤包括:明确抽样方案设计目的、确定研究方法和抽样原则、设计抽样方案(计算群体抽样数量、场群的随机选择、场内抽样数量的计算等)、方案实施、数据收集整理和分析等。在方案制定过程中充分体会到了兽医流行病学技术的重要性。

摘  要：
For recognizing the infectious status of H7N9 influenza in poultry,it is particularly important to develop a sampling program for finding out virus in emergency epidemiological investigation. There were several steps to develop the program,including determining the purpose of samping program design,determinating the research methods and sampling principles,designing the sampling programs(calculating the number of sampling farms,random selection of farms,calculation of the sampling poultries within the selected farms,etc.),the implementation of program,collection and analysis of the data and so on. The importance of veterinary epidemiology was fully realized in the process of investigation program design.
