方格蔟电动升降装置的设计

摘  要:
方格蔟作为可以明显提高茧丝品质的优良蔟具已在蚕业生产上广泛应用。针对省力化饲养(地面育)熟蚕用方格蔟上蔟过程中蔟具升降费时费力的问题,设计了一种方格蔟电动升降装置,该装置包括传动机构、升降机构和动力装置3个部分。其中,传动机构主要由滑轮和钢丝绳构成;升降机构由底板、带座轴承、棘轮停止机构、弹簧、绕线筒、传动轴和联轴器构成;动力装置由电机、电机支座、可移动支架和电源构成。该装置由电机带动升降机构转动,并通过传动机构的作用完成对方格蔟的升降。该装置在省力化养蚕生产进行的小规模应用试验中,显示其工作性能良好,稳定可靠,省时省力,可明显提高蚕农的劳动生产效率。

摘  要:
Paper cocooning frame,an excellent cocooning device that can significantly improve the quality of cocoon and silk,has been widely used in sericulture production. An electric lifting device for paper cocooning frame is developed to solve the time-consuming and laborious problem in lifting the paper cocooning frame when labor-saving silkworm rearing( ground rearing) is employed for sericulture production. The device is mainly comprised of a transmission mechanism,a lifting mechanism and a power device. The transmission mechanism is mainly composed of a pulley and a steel wire rope.The lifting mechanism is mainly composed of a bottom plate,a bearing with seat,a ratchet stop mechanism,a spring,a bobbin,a transmission shaft and a coupling. The power device is mainly composed of a motor,a motor support,a movable bracket and a power supply. The device is driven by a motor to rotate the lifting mechanism,and the lifting and lowering of the paper cocooning frame is completed through the action of the transmission mechanism. The device has been tested in small-scale labor-saving sericulture production,showing excellent performance. It is stable and reliable,which can obviously promote the labor efficiency of farmers in sericulture production.
