河北省野生龙葵果实中营养成分的比较分析

摘  要:
龙葵(Solanum nigrum Linn)具有分布广、蕴藏量大、抗逆性强、易栽培、营养丰富等特点。通过对河北省不同地区野生龙葵果实的总糖、总酸和维生素C含量的测定,并进行比较分析,从而为龙葵选择最佳的生长环境、更有效地开发利用野生龙葵资源、实现龙葵的人工栽培及驯化提供理论依据。

摘  要:
Solanum nigrum Linn had numbers of merits,such as wide distribution,great reserves,strong resistance,easy cultivation and rich in nutrition etc;and of great nutrition value and medication value.Though determining the content of nutritional substances in S.nigrum fruit,including sugar,vitamins C and organic acid,the best growing regions and situations could be selected for the development of wild Solanum nigrum Linn resources.
