基于ABAQUS的压电智能骨料参数对灵敏度系数的影响研究

摘  要:
压电陶瓷片材质较脆且容易氧化,需用环氧树脂将压电陶瓷片封装于大理石内形成压电智能骨料后方可投入工程应用。环氧树脂层的厚度和压电陶瓷片的尺寸是影响压电智能骨料灵敏度系数的2个主要参数,为研究这2个参数对压电智能骨料灵敏度系数的具体影响,通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS对环氧树脂层厚度不同和压电陶瓷片尺寸不同的压电智能骨料分别进行建模模拟分析,探讨参数变化对压电智能骨料的灵敏度系数的影响。结果表明,随着环氧树脂层厚度的增加,压电智能骨料在受到同样荷载作用时其内部输出的电压幅值在不断减小,其灵敏度系数在减小;随着压电陶瓷片边长的增加,压电智能骨料输出的电压幅值呈现增大的趋势,但增大的幅度较小,使压电智能骨料的灵敏度系数增大,但增大幅度较小。

摘  要:
Because of the shortcomings of the brittleness of piezoelectric ceramic chip being easy to be oxidized,a "piezoelectric smart aggregate"is formed by encapsulating apiezoelectric ceramic chip in stocks,and the thickness of epoxy resin layer and the size of piezoelectric ceramic chips are major parameters impacting the sensitivity of piezoelectric smart aggregate.In order to research the influence of piezoelectric smart aggregate's sensitivity caused by these two parameters,models with different epoxy resin thicknesses and different piezoelectric ceramic chip sizes are established by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS and data are analyzed and processed.The results show that with the increase of the thickness of epoxy resin layer,the sensitivity decreases and with the increase of piezoelectric ceramic chip size,the sensitivity increases.
