摘  要:
[目的]建立氯氟氰虫酰胺在水、土壤和沉积物中的高效液相色谱残留检测方法。[方法]样品经乙酸乙酯和乙腈萃取,弗罗里硅土和石墨化炭黑玻璃层析柱净化;Agilent-1260高效液相色谱检测。[结果]氯氟氰虫酰胺在各基质中的添加质量分数均为0.05、0.50、5.00 mg/kg,回收率为83.51%~100.62%,RSD为0.64%~7.63%;氯氟氰虫酰胺在水、土壤和沉积物中的最低检测质量分数为0.05 mg/kg。[结论]所建立方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均满足氯氟氰虫酰胺在水、土壤和沉积物中的残留分析要求。

摘  要:
[Aims] The residues of cyhalodiamide in environmental samples(water, soil and sediment) was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). [Methods] The samples were extracted with organic solvent, such as acetonitrile, ethyl acetate, and cleaned up by glass chromatography column filled with Florisi and GCB, then analyzed by Agilent-1260 high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detector. [Results] The results indicated that when the addition levels were 0.05, 0.50 and 5.00 mg/kg, the recoveries of cyhalodiamide in water, soil and sediment ranged from 83.51 to 100.62%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.64-7.63%. The limits of quantification for cyhalodiamide in water, soil and sediment were 0.05 mg/kg. [Conclusions] The proposed method is simple, rapid and reliable, and meets the demand for analysis of cyhalodiamide residues in water, soil and sediment.
