樟子松羧甲基衍生物制备吸水性树脂的研究

摘  要:
为了将纤维素类吸水性树脂的可降解性与合成类吸水性树脂优良的性能相结合,本文以樟子松原料,首先制备羧甲基纤维素,然后与丙烯酸接枝聚合合成吸水性树脂。试验采用单因素试验法,确定的最佳合成条件为:丙烯酸中和度80%、丙烯酸用量8g,反应温度60℃,引发剂用量0.5%,交联剂用量0.8%,并通过红外光谱表征了此吸水性树脂。在此最佳工艺条件下吸水性树脂的吸水倍率为300g/g。

摘  要:
To combination the degradation of the carboxymethyl cellulose absorbent polymer and the good properties of the synthesis absorbent polymer,the absorbent polymer was prepared from Carboxymethyl cellulose of pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica and acrylic acid through radical grafted polymerization. Single factor experiment method were used,the result show that the optimum synthesis conditions as follow: 80% of the neutralization degree of monomer,8g of the monomer content,60 ℃ of reaction temperature,0. 5%of initiator content,0. 8% of crosslinking agent content. The prepared polymer was characterized by FTIR,and could absorb 300 g / g of water.
