基于用户信息需求调查与分析研究——以黑龙江科技学院图书馆为例

摘  要：
认识信息需求是所有信息查找?信息使用和信息创造的起点,如果没有明确的信息需求,就不可能有正确的信息查找策略和行动,就不能对读者的信息需求做出明确的判断,对待用户的需求应该从动态的角度出发,根据用户信息需求的变化制定、调整服务策略,才能切实做好这项工作。调查目的是希望通过调查了解高校图书馆用户的特点、用户对学校信息资源和个性化服务的意见及用户信息素养现状。

摘  要：
Understanding information requirement is all information search and information,and information used to create a starting point,if there is no specific information requirements,it is impossible to have the right information to find strategies and action,it cannot make clear to the reader's information demand judgment,should treat the needs of users from a dynamic perspective,developed under user information needs change,adjust service strategy can effectively do the job.This investigation aims through the survey of users ' characteristics,user comments and user of school information resources and personalized service information literacy.
