复合菌脱毒菜籽饼粕及其应用 Ⅰ.不同处理条件下复合菌体系发酵对菜籽饼粕硫甙的降解

摘  要:
采用优选菌株,通过不同的发酵时间、湿度和pH值,及不同菌液添加量的发酵试验,研究复合菌体系发酵对菜籽粕中的硫甙降解的效果。结果显示,发酵脱毒pH值为4.7、饼粕含水率85%~90%、发酵时间32h左右、复合菌液添加量45ml对硫甙降解较为有利。

摘  要:
Experimentonrapeseedmealmixedwithmultimicrobialsolutionandlacticacidetcforfermentationanddetoxicationwascarriedouttostudytheeffectoffermentationtime,watercontent,pHvalueandamountofthesolutiononthedegradationofglucosinolatteinit.Itwasbeneficialforthedegradationofglucosinolatewhen45mlmultimicrobialsolutionandlacticacidofpH47 wereaddedto rapeseedmealwith85%90%watercontentfor32hfermentation.
