高效太阳能集热果蔬干燥设备控制系统设计

摘  要:
针对传统果蔬干燥方法干燥周期长、易受天气因素影响以及真空冷冻干燥设备生产成本高等情况,设计一种基于Cortex-M3嵌入式平台及无线Zigbee网络的太阳能集热果蔬干燥设备控制系统。该系统由数据采集模块、数据传输模块和控制模块构成。采用温度模糊控制器实现对干燥环境的调整,基于总重量的水分检测方法实现对干燥进程的控制。TTS语音报警系统提醒环境异常,远端上位机实时显示环境数据,便于远程监控。高效太阳能集热果蔬干燥系统实现果蔬的高效、节能、环保干燥,提高果蔬干燥品质。

摘  要:
Due to the low efficiency of conventional drying manner which is easily affected by the weather and high costs of vacuum freeze-drying equipment,a control system on solar collector device which is based on Cortex-M3 embedded platform and wireless Zigbee module was designed.The system consists of data collection,data transmission and control segment.Fuzzy controller is used to adjust the drying environment and control the drying process by detecting the moisture content based on total weight.When the data become abnormal,TTS phonetic warning system would run and the real-time data would be displayed on the host computer which is convenient to monitor the environment remotely.This control system can make the drying process high efficient,energy saving and environmental friendly which can also improve the productivity of drying fruit and vegetable.
