本研究用组织块培养法和冷消化培养法对牛皮肤成纤维细胞进行原代培养和传代培养,并探讨了传代的方法,结果表明建立的方法可用于牛皮肤成纤维细胞的建系。

摘  要：
Bovine skin fibroblasts were primary cultured and sub-cultured by tissue and cold digestion methods, the method of sub-cultured cells was investigated. The results indicated that both tissue and cold digestion methods can easily be used to establish bovine skin fibroblasts lines.
