树莓多倍体诱导试验初报

摘 要：
用不同剂量的秋水仙碱对刚刚萌发的树莓种子进行不同时间的浸泡,结果表明,用0.3%的秋水仙碱浸泡48 h,效果最好,诱变率可达20%。

摘 要：
With various dosages of colchicines raspberry seeds were soaked for different durations in the test.The result showed that soaking with 0.3% colchicines for forty-eight hours,the mutagenic ratio could reach 20%.
