天然柽柳接种管花肉苁蓉试验

摘 要:
新疆天然柽柳资源丰富,且大多沿水系分布,可以接种管花肉苁蓉。为了探寻天然柽柳接种管花肉苁蓉技术,对接种区冬季土壤温度变化和管花肉苁蓉接种技术进行研究。结果表明:研究区土壤温度随气温的下降而降低,随深度的增加而升高;冬季最大冻土层达70 cm以下,因此接种管花肉苁蓉深度宜在土壤70 cm以下;水源附近的天然柽柳林进行接种时,接种率随与水源距离的增大而降低;在种子浆中添加旱地龙和赤霉素均能提高接种率;种子纸、人工撒种和种子浆沾根接种方法均可接种成功,接种率相近。

摘 要:
Natural Tamarix chinensis resources is rich in Xinjiang, most of which are distributed along river, and can be inoculated with Cistanche tubulosa. In order to explore technology of the natural Tamarix chinensis inoculation Cistanche tubulosa,this paper studied the winter soil temperature changes and the inoculation technology of Cistanche tubulosa in the study area. Result shows that the soil temperature decrease with the decrease of air temperature and increase with the increase of soil depth; the maximum permafrost layer in winter is below 70 cm, therefore, the inoculation depth of Cistanche tubulosa should be below 70 cm of soil; when Tamarix chinensis forest near the water source was inoculated, the inoculation rate decrease with the increase of the distance from the water source; result shows that the inoculation rate could be increased by adding dracocephalus and gibberellin to the seed pulp; seed paper, artificial seeding & seed pulp root dipping inoculation methods are all successful with similar inoculation rates.
