以绿色发展“三张牌”推动云南建设中国最美丽省份

摘  要：
建设中国最美丽省份是云南生态文明建设的价值目标,绿色能源、绿色食品、健康生活目的地"三张牌"是建设中国最美丽省份的新动能。绿色发展"三张牌"为中国最美丽省份建设提供财力保障、发展动力和经济发展方向,绿色发展"三张牌"的实施,关键要避免同质化竞争和恶性竞争;绿色发展"三张牌"要以中国最美丽省份建设为生态价值导向。因而,加强生态环境保护既是绿色发展"三张牌"可持续发展的要求,更是建设中国最美丽省份目标得以实现的重要内容。

摘  要：
Building the most beautiful province in China is the value goal of Yunnan′s ecological civilization construction, and green development ′Three Cards′ of green energy, green food and livable place for a healthy life are the new kinetic energy for building China′s most beautiful province. The ′Three Cards′ of green development provide financial guarantee, development power and economic development direction for the construction of China′s most beautiful provinces. The key to the implementation of the ′Three Cards′ of green development is to avoid homogeneous competition and vicious competition. The ′Three Cards′ of green development should take the construction of China′s most beautiful provinces as the orientation of ecological value. So, strengthening the protection of ecological environment is not only the requirement of sustainable development of ′Three Cards′ of green development, but also the important content to achieve the goal of building the most beautiful province in China.
