竹单板仿黑胡桃染色工艺试验

摘  要:
采用正交试验L9(34)方法对竹单板仿黑胡桃染色工艺进行初步研究,讨论染色时间、温度及浴比对上染率、表面效果及染透情况等的影响。结果表明:染色时间25 h、温度为90℃、浴比1:10时,对2~3 mm厚的预处理(炭化)竹单板进行染色,染液浓度为0.25%,其上染率较高,色差轻微,且能完全染透。

摘  要:
Preliminary experiments were conducted on dyeing technology of bamboo veneer for black walnut by orthogonal test L9(34).Tests on effect of dyeing time,temperature and liquor ratio on dyeing uptake,surface result and permeability showed that pretreated bamboo veneer of 2-3mm could have higher dye uptake and permeability rate with slight color difference under the conditions of dyeing time of 25 hours,dyeing temperature at 90℃,liquor ratio of 1:10,dye concentration of 0.25%.
