绿色发展理念视域下山区农村发展问题与对策研究——以毛坦厂镇为例

摘  要：
山区农村实行绿色发展有其理论基础和实践必然性。在此基础上为了实现绿色发展,山区农村必须认识到发展所面临的优势和困境,即在山区农村拥有丰富的资源和良好的发展机遇的同时,也面临着基础设施落后、劳动力和人才不足以及教育落后,人口质量低等问题。为此,山区农村必须加大投入完善基础设施,必须为提供绿色发展的人才以及培育绿色生活方式而发展教育,必须因地制宜的发展山区农村的特色生态产业,必须通过宣传发挥山区农民绿色发展自主性。

摘  要：
The implementation of green development in mountainous rural areas has its theoretical basis and practical necessity. On this basis, in order to achieve green development, mountainous rural areas must recognize the advantages and dilemmas faced by development. To this end, they must increase investment to improve infrastructure, develop education to provide green development talents, and cultivate green lifestyles. The characteristic ecological industry in mountainous rural areas, and through the promotion of mountain farmers' green development autonomy.
