长度和水压对微喷带沿程水肥均匀性的影响

摘  要:
针对水肥一体化实践中微喷带沿程喷水量和肥液浓度均匀性差的现状,研究了长度、水压对3孔和5孔微喷带沿程喷水量和肥液浓度均匀性的影响。结果表明,30m和60m长度3孔和5孔微喷带的沿程水出量均匀性较好,但在长度达90m时,不同水压下2种微喷带首端与末端喷水量差异均较大,均匀性差。施肥均匀性试验表明,无论是3孔还是5孔微喷带,30m长度的沿程肥液浓度均匀性最好,60m长度在合适的水压下沿程肥液浓度也有较好的均匀性,而90m长度的肥液浓度均匀性最差。因此,拟开展喷滴灌或水肥一体的微喷带长度一般不宜超过60m。在试验水压范围内,水压与水肥均匀性之间无显著关系。此外,为了给定量灌溉提供基础数据,试验还分析了微喷带类型、长度、水压与单位时间总流量之间的关系。当水压为0.04 MPa时,单位时间内灌溉至田间的总流量各处理间差异不显著,与微喷带长度和孔数之间无明显关系。

摘  要:
Effects of length and hydraulic pressure on the uniformity of spraying water volume and fertilizer concentration along micro-spraying hoses were studied to optimize the drip fertigation technology.The results showed that the uniformity of the spraying water volume and the fertilizer concentration of both three and five holes' micro-spraying hoses with 30 mor 60 mlength were acceptable under different hydraulic pressures.However,when the length of the hose increased to 90 m,both spraying water volume and fertilizer concentration from the two ends of the hose were significantly different.It was suggested that the length of micro-spraying hose should be less than 60 min the drip fertigation practice.No significant correlation was observed between the hydraulic pressure and the uniformity of spraying water volume and fertilizer concentration.Furthermore,the effects of the type of hose,length and hydraulic pressure on the total water volume sprayed from the hose were also investigated for developing quantitative irrigation technology.The results showed that the total flow volume per unit time was independent of the type of hose and the length of the hose.
