常用杀虫剂对橡副珠蜡蚧及副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂的选择毒杀作用

摘  要:
研究6种常用杀虫剂[三氯氟氰菊酯、乐果、高净蚧、敌介灵、毒死蜱及自行混剂(乐果+毒死蜱)]对橡副珠蜡蚧(Parasaissetia nigra Nietner)及其寄生性天敌副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂(Metaphycus parasaissetiae Zhang and Huang)的毒性。结果表明:乐果、毒死蜱、混剂对橡副珠蜡蚧成虫有明显的毒杀作用,其余药剂对橡副珠蜡蚧成虫的毒性较小;所有供试药剂对橡副珠蜡蚧3龄若虫和跳小蜂成虫毒性大,对副珠蜡蚧跳小蜂幼虫期和蛹期存活影响小,但药剂处理蛹期和幼虫期的跳小蜂都能缩短其羽化后成虫寿命。综合考虑:在橡副珠蜡蚧大发生而跳小蜂较多的胶园可优先选用乐果和毒死蜱进行防治。

摘  要:
Toxicity of 6 common insecticides to Parasaissetia nigra and its natural parasite enemy Metaphycus parasaissetiae was studied in the laboratory. The result showed that dimethoate and chlorpyrifos and their mixture were distinctly toxic to the adults of P. nigra. The other insecticides were low in toxicity to the adults of P. nigra. All the insecticides were obviously high in toxicity to the third instar nymphs of P. nigra and to the adults of M.parasaissetiae. All the insecticides were shown to have little impact to the larva and pupa of M.parasaissetiae, but to reduce the life of the adults emerging from the pupae and larvae treated. Considering the toxicity of all the insecticides to P. nigra and M. parasaissetiae, dimethoate and chlorpyrifos are recommended to control P. nigra at its outbreak when M. parasaissetiae is relatively abundant.
