农业种质库的设计与建设要求探讨

摘  要：
农业种质库建设是一项专业性很强的农业工程 ,它所保存的农业生物资源 ,是育种的物质基础 ,也是国家宝贵的战略资源。但国内目前还没有种质库设计与建设的标准 ,导致了不少建成的种质库存在着较多的缺陷或问题 ,有的甚至经过几次改造和调试后才能投入使用。该文就有关农业种质库 ,重点是对低温种质库特点、技术指标、设计原则与要求及建设经验作一介绍 ,以供参考。

摘  要：
Construction of agricultural germplasm genebank is a kind of specialized engineering in agriculture. Agricultural resources conserved in the genebanks are not only material bases of breeding, but also valuable strategic resources of China. Up to now, no standards have been made for the germplasm genebank design and construction in China. As a result, a variety of problems are encountered in established genebanks. In a number of instances, newly built genebanks have to be remolded and debugged for several times before put into use. In this article, the characteristics, design principles and requirements, technical indexes and experiences for the construction of the agricultural germplasm genebanks, especially for low-temperature genebanks, were discussed.
