苹果有效酸度的近红外漫反射无损检测

摘  要:
利用 Matlab6 .1分析了苹果有效酸度与漫反射原始光谱吸光度的相关关系 ,得出二者的最大相关系数为 0 .348,最小相关系数为 0 .0 0 4。结合偏最小二乘法 ,得出有效建模光谱波段范围在 84 75 .6 1~ 8334.83cm- 1之间 ,交叉检验的最佳主因子维数为 3,相关系数 R为 0 .95 9,标准校正误差为 0 .0 76 ,标准预测误差为 0 .5 2 5 ,偏差为 0 .0 73。研究表明 :利用近红外漫反射对水果有效酸度无损检测是可行的。

摘  要:
The relationship between apple valid acidity and its original reflective spectra was analyzed by the commercial package Matlab 6 1. The partial least squares algorithm was used to establish the quantitative analytical model between the NIR data and valid acidity. The proposed method was applied for rapid quantitative determination of valid acidity. The number of optimal principal factors was 3, the correlation coefficient R 0 959, the root mean square error of cross validation 0 069, and the standard error of calibration (SEC) 0 076 for the calibration set, while the standard error of prediction (SEP) was 0 525 and the bias 0 073.
