鹅大肠杆菌病的实验室诊断

摘  要：
为确诊某养鹅场雏鹅发病死亡的病因,采集4日龄发病雏鹅的肝脏组织,采用细菌分离鉴定和相关病毒核酸PCR检测方法进行病原学诊断。结果:(1)在肝脏样本中分离出细菌,经染色镜检、生化鉴定、动物感染试验,鉴定为致病性大肠杆菌;(2)鹅细小病毒PCR检测试剂盒检测未发现鹅细小病毒特异性DNA片段。综合诊断为鹅大肠杆菌病。

摘  要：
To confirm the death causes of the goslings in a goose farm,the liver tissues were collected from the sick goslings of 4 d ages and used for the pathogenic diagnosis by isolation and identification of bacteria and PCR detection of the viral nucleic acid.Results:(1) that a bacterium was isolated from the liver samples of the sick goslings and confirmed as the pathogenic E.coli by bacteria staining,biochemical identification and animal infection test.(2) And the specific DNA fragments was not found by PCR detection for goose parvovirus.Comprehensive diagnosis of goose Colibacillosis.
