YBG-1型烟叶编杆机的研究设计与应用

摘 要：
针对我国烟草生产现状,经过比较、研究和试验,设计了具有功率配备小、自动喂入、易拆线和生产效率高等特点的YBG-1型烟叶编杆机。性能测试和生产试验表明:该设计样机技术参数和作业指标符合要求,具有单线编杆快速拆线、钩线可靠、烟叶自动喂入及双带压烟残损率低等技术创新;试验数据和结果分析也证明:该研究设计在功能上技术创新,性能稳定可靠,作业安全系数和生产效率高,解决了编杆效率低和不易拆线等问题,具有较好的经济效益和推广价值。

摘 要：
In the light of our country tobacco production status,by comparison,research and test,design is equipped with small power,automatic feeding,easy disassembly rope,high production efficiency of the YBG-1 type tobacco into rod machine.Through the performance test and production test,the design of the prototype technology parameters and operation index accords with a requirement,has a single coding rod rapidly remove rope,hook,line and reliable tobacco automatic feeding,dual pressure smoke damage of low rate of technology innovation.Test data and result analysis,also proved that the study design,the function of technology innovation,stable and reliable performance,safety coefficient and high production efficiency,solve the low efficiency and not easy to remove rod rope and other issues,has good economic value in generalization and application.
