基于GIS的三维数字城市基础平台原型系统设计与实现

摘  要:
以吉林市为例,利用GIS和计算机技术进行三维数字城市的建设和管理,设计并实现了吉林市三维数字城市基础平台原型系统.系统集成了数字城市专项应用子系统中最基本、复用度最高的部分,实现的核心内容包括空间数据处理、场景控制、系统授权与安全控制.通过专项应用子系统对基础平台原型系统数据库及功能模块的复用,有效地减少了整个系统的数据冗余,降低了系统的开发难度和工作量,对海量城市地理信息系统的建设和管理具有一定的借鉴.

摘  要:
In order to efficiently and conveniently manage massive urban geographical information,the authors designed and realized a 3D digital city foundation platform prototype system of Jilin city,using GIS technology and computer technology in 3D digital city construction and management.This paper mainly expounds the development environment,function module design and key technology of the system.The system integrates the most basic and most reusable parts in various digital city special application subsystems and the core content it realizes includes spatial data processing,scene control authorization and safety control.Through the reuse of foundation platform prototype system database and function module for the special application subsystems,we can effectively reduce the data redundancy of the whole system and the difficulty and workload for its development.
