从耗散结构理论看林业的改革发展

摘  要：
耗散结构理论是普遍适用的物理学定律,尝试把耗散结构理论引入林业系统。林业具备了耗散结构系统的二个必要条件,既是一个非平衡的系统,又充满了非线性的动力学作用,因而是一个典型的耗散结构系统。同时,依据耗散结构理论,林业发展取决于资金投入和体制改革两个决定性的因素,其中资金投入决定了林业建设新的投资格局的形成和巩固,体制改革决定了林业市场经济结构的形成和发展。

摘  要：
The paper first try to introduce the theory of dissipative structure to forestry system,which is the universal law of physics.Forestry has the two necessary conditions of dissipative system,it's a non-equilibrium system and has many nonlinera processes of dynamics,for this reason forestry is a typical dissipative system.Base on theory of dissipative structure,forestry development depends on the two key conditions such as capital invested and structural reform,first the capital invested determines the forming and solidifying of new structure invested of forestry,then the structural reform determines the forming and developing of market economic stuucture of forestry.
