中南鱼藤根皮中的杀虫成分研究

摘 要:
为明确中南鱼藤根皮中的杀虫活性成分,在活性跟踪的基础上,对中南鱼藤根皮中的活性成分进行了分离和提取,并采用多种色谱技术和核磁共振技术鉴定其化学成分结构。结果表明,从中南鱼藤根皮甲醇提取物中分离和提取了鱼藤酮、12ɑ-羟基鱼藤酮、6-甲氧基黄酮和槲皮素4种化合物;其中,鱼藤酮和12ɑ-羟基鱼藤酮对白纹伊蚊幼虫和无翅烟蚜成虫具有毒杀活性,鱼藤酮对白纹伊蚊幼虫和桃蚜的LC50分别为31.7和10.7 mg/L;12ɑ-羟基鱼藤酮对白纹伊蚊幼虫和桃蚜的LC50分别为23.7和1.4 mg/L。

摘 要:
In order to identify insecticidal ingredients in root barks of Derris fordii Oliv., the study separated and extracted active compounds from its root barks on the basis of activity tracking, and identified their chemical constitutes and structure with column chromatography and NMR technology. The results showed that four compounds were isolated and identified from root barks of Derris fordii Oliv., which were rotenone, 12α-hydroxyrotenone, 6-methoxyflavone and quercetin. Rotenone and 12α-hydroxyrotenone exhibited insecticidal activity against the larvae of Aedes albopictu and Myzus persicae adult. LC50 of rotenone against the larvae of Aedes albopictu and Myzus persicae adult were 31.7 and 10.7 mg/L respectively, and LC50 of 12α-hydroxyrotenone against them were 23.7 and 1.4 mg/L respectively.
