锌硒专用肥对春小麦不同品种子粒品质的影响

摘  要:
[目的]探讨锌硒专用肥在春小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)生产上的应用效果。[方法]以春小麦品种永良四号和巴优一号为试材,通过施用锌硒专用肥,分析比较施锌硒肥对不同春小麦品种麸皮和面粉矿质元素含量的影响。[结果]品种基因型差异是影响小麦面粉、麸皮、子粒矿质元素含量的主要因素之一。在同一地区、相同栽培条件下,不同小麦品种对面粉中粗蛋白积累和K、Mg、Mn、Cu、Zn等矿质营养元素含量的影响不同,其中对面粉中Cu含量的影响最大,对Mg和Zn含量的影响次之。永良四号麸皮中粗蛋白及P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Se等9种矿质元素的平均含量均高于巴优一号;而除Se以外,其他元素在面粉中的含量则均低于巴优一号。不同品种对小麦子粒中Zn和Se含量的影响不明显。科学合理地施用Zn、Se肥可以实现小麦子粒和面粉中Zn、Se的富集,不同施用方式的效果表现为:种肥+喷施处理>喷施处理>种肥处理>对照。[结论]该研究可为富Zn、Se小麦的高产优质栽培提供科学指导。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to discuss the application effects of special fertilizer of zinc and selenium on spring wheat production.[Method]The effects of special fertilizer of zinc and selenium on mineral elements contents of bran and flour of two spring wheat cultivars,Yongliang No.4 and Bayou No.1,were analyzed and compared.[Result]The cultivar genotype difference was one of the main factors on the mineral elements of wheat flour,bran and grain.Under the same area and cultivation conditions,different wheat cultivars had different effects on crude protein accumulation and some mineral elements(such as K,Mg,Mn,Cu,Zn) content of wheat flour,thereinto,had the biggest effects on Cu content,the next was Mg and Zn content.The average contents of crude protein and nine mineral elements(P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Se) of bran of Yongliang No.4 were all higher than those of Bayou No.1;except of Se content,the other elements contents of wheat flour of Yongliang No.4 were all lower than those of Bayou No.1.Different cultivars were all no significant effects on Zn and Se content of wheat grain.Applying Zn and Se fertilizer scientifically and reasonably realized Zn and Se accumulation of wheat grain and flour,the effects of different application mode showed that:seed fertilizer + spraying treatment > spraying treatment > seed fertilizer treatment > control.[Conclusion] The study provides a scientific guidance for high yield and good quality cultivation of wheat rich in Zn and Se.
