21株尖镰孢菌SSR遗传多样性分析

摘  要:
采用SSR分子标记技术对21株尖镰孢菌进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,60对SSR引物中有11对引物多态性较好;11对引物共扩增出39条多态性条带,平均每对引物扩增3.6条多态性条带,多态性位点比例高达100%;各个菌株间的遗传相似系数在0.436~0.949,平均为0.662,当相似系数为0.95时,21株供试菌株全部分开。结果说明基于全基因组的尖镰孢菌SSR标记具有丰富的多态性,可用于尖镰孢菌的遗传多样性分析。

摘  要:
The genetic diversity of Fusarium oxysporum strains was analyzed by simple sequence repeats(SSR). The results showed that 11 pairs of SSR primers showed polymorphism among the 60 synthesized primers. A total of 39 bands were amplified with 11 pairs of primers, with an average of 3.6 bands per primer, and the percentage of polymorphism was 100%. The genetic similarity of each strain ranged from 0.436 to 0.949, with an average of 0.662. All the strains could be distinguished at 0.95. The result showed that the SSR loci in Fusarium oxysporum genomes were rich polymorphism. SSR markers identified in this study would be useful for genetic variation study of Fusarium oxysporum.
