小母猪阉割后肠粘连病理变化与治疗分析

摘  要：
小母猪阉割后感染引起肠粘连等事故时有发生,必须引起重视。四川省康定县姑咱镇村兽医员2012年阉割了86头小母猪,其中有4头发生术后感染,死亡3头。感染病例中有1例小母猪阉割后肠粘连、膀胱粘连且并发了肺炎,最后因全身机能障碍、衰竭而死亡。另1例小母猪因诊断及时,采取了合理的手术治疗,获得了满意效果。对其剖检病理变化、手术治疗过程及病程发展进行了分析探讨。

摘  要：
The intestinal adhesion of gilts caused by castration infection was very common and must be paid attention.In the 86 gilts castrated in 2012 at Guzan town,4 gilts were infected and 3 gilts were dead.One infected gilt was found intestinal adhesion,bladder adhesions,and complicated by pneumonia after castration,and finally died of systemic dysfunction and failure.One gilt was cured by timely diagnosis and treatment.The clinical symptoms,pathological changes,and the operation treatment were discussed and summarized.
