摘 要:
[目的]提高枯草芽孢杆菌抗菌物质浓缩回收效率。[方法]通过单因素和正交试验,对发酵代谢产物进行超滤浓缩工艺优化。[结果]使用截留分子质量为3 k D的超滤柱、超滤温度40℃、p H值8.5、压力0.10 MPa为最佳超滤浓缩工艺。该条件下,膜通透量可以达到239.69 m L/(min·cm2),蛋白截留率90.2%,浓缩倍数为1.27倍,浓缩液抑菌活性是原来的1.3倍。[结论]通过超滤浓缩工艺优化,显著提高了BSD-2抗菌物质的回收效率,为产业化生产奠定基础。

摘 要:
[Aims]This study aims to improve the recovery efficiency of antimicrobial substance by Bacillus subtilis BSD-2.[Methods]This study was carried out by single factor and orthogonal experiment to optimize the ultrafiltratior concentration process of antimicrobial substance.[Results]The optimal conditions of ultrafiltration were as follows:ultrafiltration membrane MWCO was 3 kD,temperature was 40 ℃,pH was 8.5 and pressure was 0.10 MPa.Under the condition of the optimal ultrafiltration,membrane-amounted was 239.69 mL/(min·cm~2),the retentate ratio of protein was90.2%,the multiples of concentration of protein was 1.27,and the antibacterial activity of ultrafiltration concentrated solution was 1.3 times that of the original.[Conclusions]Through the optimization of ultrafiltration concentration process,the recovery efficiency of BSD-2 antibacterial material was significantly improved.It's of great significance tc industrial production.
