摘 要:
小鼠口服不同剂量断奶安14~18 h后分别经腹腔和静脉感染大肠埃希氏杆菌O1和O2,结果断奶安组腹腔感染大肠埃希氏杆菌O1的小鼠存活率达60%(对照组存活率10%),腹腔感染大肠埃希氏杆菌O2的小鼠的存活率为50%(对照组全部死亡);静脉感染大肠埃希氏杆菌O1的小鼠存活率达90%(对照组存活率为30%),静脉感染大肠埃希氏杆菌O2的小鼠存活率达60%(对照组存活率为10%)。小鼠经腹腔分别感染金黄色葡萄球菌(2×107CFU/20 g)和大肠埃希氏杆菌O1(5×107CFU/20 g)后,口服断奶安进行治疗试验,结果金黄色葡萄球菌感染组灌服断奶安100 mg/kg、1 000 mg/kg、2 000 mg/kg、3 000 mg/kg和蒸馏水后,存活率分别为40%、70%、70%、80%和0;大肠埃希氏杆菌感染组分别灌服1 000 mg/kg、1 500 mg/kg,2 000 mg/kg断奶安和蒸馏水后,存活率分别为40%、60%、50%和10%。表明,断奶安具有一定的免疫增强作用。

摘 要:
Mice were infected with E.coli O1 and O2 respectively by both intravenous injection and intraperitoneal injection after orally administrated duannaian 14~18h.The survival rates of duannaian group with intraperitoneal injection were 60%(control group was 10%) and 50%(control group was zero) respectively.The survival rates of duannaian group with intravenous injection were 90%(control group was 30%) and 60%(control group was 10%) respectively.Therapeutic effects of duannaian were investigated in mice which were orally administrated duannaian after abdominal infected with Staphyloccocus aureus and E.coli O1 respectively.The result showed that the survival rates of duannaian group 100mg/kg,1000mg/kg,2000mg/kg,3000mg/kg and distilled water group were 40%,70%,70%,80% and 0 respectively after infected with Staphyloccocus aureus.As for the groups in which mice were infected with E.coli O1,the result indicated that the survival rates of duannaian group 1000mg/kg,1500mg/kg,2000mg/kg and distilled water group were 40%,60%,50% and 10% respectively.Therefore,duannaian can enhance immune function.
