墨西哥柏幼苗耐寒性研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究不同墨西哥柏幼苗在不同低温环境下各生理指标的变化。[方法]以10个不同种源的墨西哥柏离体叶片为材料进行低温胁迫试验,研究低温胁迫对墨西哥柏可溶性糖含量、可溶性淀粉含量、可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶活性的影响。[结果]墨西哥柏可溶性糖含量呈现一直上升的变化趋势,可溶性糖含量的增加有利于提高苗木的抗寒性;可溶性淀粉含量呈现"低-高-低"的变化趋势,可溶性淀粉含量的减少有利于提高苗木的抗寒性;可溶性蛋白含量呈现"低-高-低"的趋势,可溶性蛋白含量的增加有利于提高苗木的抗寒性;过氧化物酶活性大多呈现"低-高-低"的趋势,过氧化物酶活性的增加有利于提高苗木的抗寒性。[结论]不同低温处理下,墨西哥柏幼苗可溶性糖含量、可溶性淀粉含量、可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶活性差异极显著。

摘  要:
[Objective] In order to study the physiological parameter of Cupressus lusitanica seedling under low-temperature treatment. [Method]This article through to make 10 kinds of Cupressus lustanica under artificial low-temperature stress. The effect of low temperature stress on soluble sugar content,soluble starch content,soluble protein content,and peroxidase activity was studied. [Result]Cupressus lusitanica soluble sugar content has been rising trend,the increase in the content of soluble sugar help to improve the cold hardiness of the seedlings; Cupressus lusitanica soluble starch content presented"low-high-low "trend,the reduction of the soluble starch content will help improve the cold hardiness of the seedlings; Cupressus lusitanica soluble protein content presented"low-high-low"trend,soluble protein content increased to improve the cold resistance of seedlings; the most of Cupressus lusitanica peroxidase activity presents a "low-high-low"trend,peroxidase activity increase will help improve seedling cold resistance. [Conclusion] The soluble sugar content,soluble starch content,soluble protein content and peroxidase activity of Cupressus lusitanica seedling under low-temperature treatment have significant differences.
